[1] Salary Preparation

  1. Salary Preparation – This is the main section for the preparation of monthly salary.
  2. Overtime Entry – This is the section to enter hours of overtime.
  3. Clocking Records – [Optional] This is an optional feature to link your clocking machine to the payroll software.

  1. Payroll Summary – Get 5 different summary reports to show the payment details of each employee per month and also over the calendar and financial year.
  2. Bank Payment – Get the CSV file Online Bulk Payment for banks like ABSA, Bank One, BCP, HSBC, MCB, SBM etc.
  3. Generate Payslip – Generate all your payslip with a single click with the option to send password protected payslips directly via email to your employees.
  4. Leaves Summary – Track the number of leaves already taken and left for each employee.
  5. Emolument Statement – Generate all your emolument statement with a single click with the option to send password protected emoluments directly via email to your employees.
